The large metallic bag presented a singular image, thanks to the ropes that wrapped it or held it so that it did not fly away. The structure was attached to 8 large fans that kept it constantly inflated, creating an igloo-like interior up to 6 meters high where chairs were located, with a capacity of 250 people, and a stage.
Access was through small slots on the sides of the structure that allow visitors and attendees to pass through while they remain inflated.
Programming was oriented around this theme, focusing on topics including the increase in informal housing, land seizures, the deterioration of public spaces, and the vulnerability of the environment.
