The jury discussed the virtues and drawbacks of each of the projects, eventually taking the majority decision to award a First Prize, one Second Prize , and Third Prize:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project deals the environmental problems, the use of public space and road network connectivity from the daily life experiential Medellin citizen. To achieve the proposed paradigm shift poses clear premises for redefining and reinventing environmental culture and Medellin Rio declaring not want to intervene directly on the river itself. The project proposes to Rio as environmental axis integrate green empty ecological network detected by nodes and links in order to achieve the greening aspirada.La mobility arises from supplementation with minimal impact alternative systems (bike lanes, pedestrians) and the proposed public space integration of existing transfer centers and to come.
