The house by Lisabesur Arquitectos constantly shows the idea of malleability and lightness by elevating the house above the ground, avoiding contact between the slabs and the envelope with the ground. The house is divided into three levels: basement, tree and eagle's nest. On the tree level, life and connection with the treetops develop, giving the house an effect of lightness.
The façade contains slats of rice husk and ecological resin, which provides privacy from neighbouring views. The surrounding walls and exterior enclosures are made of sandstone stones obtained in the process of excavating the house.

Project description by Lisabesur Arquitectos
The project consists of a detached single-family home in the Oromana Pine Forests of Alcalá de Guadaira (Seville). The topography is very steep, the terrain is albero rock and there are 3 specimens of Pinus Pinea, a Schinus molle (false pepper), a Melia azedarach (paradise tree) and a Jacaranda mimosifolia species that will be maintained in the project.
The project was born as a reflection of the integration in the plot, in the direction of the thought that the neighbors are not the owners of your spaces. It is directed with a sense of sustainability and bioclimatism. The criterion for intervention has been cellular and organic.

Once the plot was freed from built elements, the first step was to define where to locate the idea. To do this (in addition to the setbacks established by the regulations of the place), it was decided that it would be born from an already existing tree link between the paradise tree and the false pepper tree, hence the name of the project: Parapimi housing.
The house has three levels, called: basement, tree and eagle's nest. Each contains a reflection of relationship and position. The first level is accessed by means of a lateral ramp from the public space to a platform in direct relation to the garden. The second level is accessed by the continuation of the lateral ramp, ending in another platform where the main entrance is located. From this platform to the tree level is accessed through a walkway to the house, the only point of contact between the house and the ground. The third level is reached by a mobile internal staircase from the tree level.
Showing the lack of contact between the envelope and the floors of the house, in all its contour, with the ground or the rest of the platforms is a way of showing the character of moldability and integrative freedom of the action.

With the intention of leaving the smallest possible mark on the ground, after the excavation to locate the basement level, the minimum possible foundations are placed thanks to the structural strategy developed. The ground is freed up and it is allowed to breathe in its surroundings. Sandstone stones (the precious albero of the town) are reused to form the surrounding walls and exterior enclosures.
On the tree level, life and connection with the treetops develop. Privacy and independence from neighbouring views are generated, as well as a thermal buffer, through a gallery of rice husk slats and ecological resins. The side patios allow for air currents and visual connections with the lower level. This level flies around the entire contour of what is built at the basement level, generating a sensation and effect of lightness.
