The whole complex functions as a unit around a large patio, which functions as access, play and meeting area, a point of reference in the complex.
The construction is characterized by the use of intelligent passive sustainability, which includes cross ventilation, the use of green roofs, control of solar exposure and natural light or the use of low-carbon materials as the most significant contributions. environmental impact, build a friendly architecture, with adequate thermal comfort.

The early childhood centre was born from a set of intentions aimed at impacting future generations.
Architecture as matter, space, light and its integration with nature. Only the essential.
The earth, as raw material, is grouped in the form of walls, which in turn make up the planes that make up the living spaces. This material contains primitive, primordial, elementary information, linked to our memory and our senses, and that, together with light, allows us to experience textures, colours, smells and a series of emotions that enrich perception and learning in the first childhood.
A construction poured into its interior is created, introspective, as an incubator of the life itself that is gestated therein. On the outside, large volumes of the earth hide and protect the interior. Inside, the opposite happens. The full build of the space configures the void. Spatial continuity is what allows the exterior to merge with the interior, building an integration between protected spaces and nature.
Cross ventilation, green roofs, adequate sunlight, and the use of materials with low environmental impact, are all considerations that are incorporated into the architectural design to guarantee correct air conditioning and appropriate thermal comfort for users.
On a single level, the centre is made up of 4 main spaces: two large classrooms, with the possibility of dividing them into 2 each, the feeding area and an administrative area. Each space, facing courtyards on both sides, communicates visually with the outside, eliminating the concept of the classroom as a closed space. The central patio, which functions as the playground, becomes a focal point of the whole. It is a meeting point for different ages, a floor with various textures and materials, where you learn by playing and you play to learn.
Thus, an ordinary corner becomes the centre of knowledge, a learning centre, a sower of the seeds that were planted there one day, and little by little, the world will witness its fruits.
