Any PFC presented in Spanish Architecture Schools during the 2009-2010 biennium may participate in the competition with two ways of presentation:
a) Each School of Architecture can select a maximum of three PFCs, according to the criteria it deems appropriate.
b) may also be filed directly with the authors and authors of a PFC in this period has received a rating of Excellent or more, certified by the relevant School.
