Thus, the architectural experience on which a reflection is proposed in the latest exhibition of Rafael Ortiz Gallery approaches the visitors to their own basic human feelings. The metaphysical experience proposed by Gisela Loewe is articulated in the photographic cycles of Reflejos [Reflections], Arquitecturas [Architectures] and Interior-exterior.
The “Reflejos” series plays with the levels which make up the immediate spatial reality and all the intermediate states between interior and exterior. The “Interior-exterior” cycle follows a similar thread, but focuses more specifically on this intermediate reality between architecture and reflection. Finally, the works included in “Architectures” reflect on the capability of the morphological properties of architecture to become catalysts of experiences and human feelings.
