How many people get hooked on videogames after having the good luck to try a graphic adventure one day?
While for many it is simply a playful alternative that wakes up their sleepy neurons and lets their fingers rest after pushing so many buttons on common platforms or alien-zapping games, for others it is the original genre that was born, called conversational adventure, and lives on in the hearts, PCs, and consoles of veteran and new players.
To discuss the evolution of adventure videogames and have an excuse to use words like «Point and click» or SCUMM in our conversation, the next Open Mondo Píxel-ArsGames will feature members of Tonika Games, the successful Spanish company soon to release The Mystery Team, a clear example of the Graphic Adventures genre today.
