George Wheeler makes this animation for the song 'Meanwhile in Rio' traditional way, drawing it frame by frame and by hand, getting some truly powerful and sometimes even hypnotic images.
'Every frame is drawn on white paper, then inverted in post. This was so that I could get bright colours on a black background without too much compositing.' George Wheeler.
