FAD AWARDS 2011

Only in Spanish. The FAD awards were created in 1958 with the aim of promoting the avant-gard tendencies of the time and to acknowledge high quality works in the new paths and investigations that were opening up and transforming the traditional forms and languages of design. Today continue to be commited to promoting the values of architecture and interior design within the the current social and cultural context. Over the last few years we have expanded the creative fields recognised by the Awards in order to adapt to a situation that is more complex and changeable than ever before.
Since 2006, five branches of conceptually different kinds of works are eligible to receive awards: Architecture, Interior Design, Brief Interventions, Thought and Criticism and Thought and Landscape.
