Participants are invited to investigate three fundamental aspects:
— The role of rehabilitation as an essential instrument in the contemporary design of the city of almost zero energy consumption.
— The value of the facilities and energy responsibility within an architectural rehabilitation proposal with quality by using Toshiba products with high efficiency.
— The redefinition of the workspace of the 21st Century. Workspaces, which are currently evolving from a high compartmentalisation to more open and flexible spaces: areas for formal and informal meetings, new communication technologies, new ways of working both horizontal and informal. Spaces are adapted to the individual circumstances of users and facilitate teamwork and distance.
According with that it is proposed the hypothetical rehabilitation of a disused space where activities of Responsabilidad Social de Homocrisis are channeled, the Platform Toshiba Heating & Air Conditioning in Spain, a leisure center and Homocrisis job where architects and engineers work in teams, proposing HVAC solutions, aesthetic, sustainable and functional through the use of Aerotermia Inverter Toshiba.

Awards.-
Los equipos de trabajo deben ser entre 2 y 4 personas, pudiendo elegir cada miembro del equipo entre 3 Becas:
a. Beca profesional. 25-40 horas semanales remuneradas durante 4 meses a realizar en Toshiba o en una empresa Distribuidora asociada a Toshiba.
b. Beca emprendedores. Financiamos tu start up. 1 año de cuota de autónomo para cada miembro del equipo, entre otros.
c. Beca de Formación. Financiación Toshiba para tu postgrado.
El importe total de las becas será de 6.000€ a repartir entre los distintos miembros del equipo.
Menciones de honor o accésits.
El jurado podrá otorgar los accésits que se considere oportunos, que no conllevarán reconocimiento económico.
