Competition rules.-
Eligibility.-
All students and architects or related professions anywhere in the world can participate in the contest. Participation can be individual or in groups, being eight (8) the maximum number of members. Team members can be from all disciplines (artists, philosophers, photographers, etc.), without being necessary, although advisable, the presence of an architect or architecture student. It is allowed that members are from different universities and countries.
Calendar.-
Date for the beginning of registrations.- April 6th 2015.
Date for the end of registrations and FAQ.- July 10th 2015.
Submission deadline.- July 13th 2015 20:00 h GMT + 1:00.
Winners announcements.- August 28th 2015.
Prizes.-
A total prize of 5,000 € will be distributed as follows:
3.000 € for the first prize.
1.500 € for the second prize.
500 € for the third prize.

Site.-
Nezahualcóyotl is one of the 125 municipalities of the State of Mexico. Located east of the Federal District and State of Mexico, has an area of 63,74 sqm and a population of 1,109,363 inhabitants.
Its is a young city that has exponentially grown in every way, both in infraestructure and amenities.
Program.-
The program is easy. We have selected one existing type of square of 210x35 m, with 50 plots (150 sqm each).
The minimum program, fully open, is 50 dwellings, public areas, commercial areas and open space. You can always propose more dwelings, but always thinking of its sustainability.
Presentation.-
Participants must submit a single A1 (59.4 x 84.1 cm) landscape (horizontal).
