XTEN Architecture is an award winning architecture firm recognized for design excellence, conceptual innovation and high-level craftsmanship. Based in Culver City, California our office is expanding to 25+ people to engage an outstanding slate of local and international projects. This is a great opportunity for the right candidates to join our open and collaborative office.
We are currently seeking Intermediate Architects with high end residential and mixed-use project experience.
Candidates will require the following:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in award winning architecture offices
- Masters degree in Architecture
- Excellent conceptual diagramming/ physical and 3d modeling/ rendering and presentation skills
- Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Drawing experience on built projects
- Proficiency with AutoCad, Revit, Rhino, Maxwell/ Vray, Adobe Suites
- Exceptional modern design sense
- Los Angeles residency, valid US work status
