The store is freed from compartmentalization and the existing floor.
The new floor is made of sanded concrete slab, a hopper to the south guarantees ventilation, heat and light in the basement.
The stone facade to the north is widely perforated to open the house to the courtyard.
The false ceiling is removed to free up the volume of the house.
The insulation of the roof is carried out at the bottom, it is protected with galvanized ondulin so as not to modify the alignments of the shops to the street.

The bathroom is located at patio level, allowing for ventilation and abundant sunlight.
The bedroom is built on a mezzanine on 3 Douglas fir beams and a floor of collaborative metal trays to reduce the thickness of the floor and diffuse light towards the heart of the house.
Film-coated plywood panels ensure durability of work without polluting additives and practical implementation.
The carpentry offers an experiment on implementations: tunnel in the street, interior wall light in the living room and exterior wall light for the bathroom.
