The very first presentation will be given on Wednesday morning by Sir David Chipperfield and Julian Harrap, discussing their magnificent Neues Museum project in Berlin; other speakers will include the "super-jury chair" Arata Isozaki; the last session, in the late afternoon on Friday, will be a joint presentation by Singapore’s Urban Regeneration Agency and the deputy mayor of Bilbao, which recently won the inaugural Lee Kuan Yew World City Award.
