The Spoils, for Massive Attack, is a simple love song which highlights two things, Sandoval's beautiful voice and string orchestra that accompanies it, a devastating beauty. Veteran director John Hillcoat subjected Cate Blanchett's face all kinds of digital transformations that seem to reflect the deep melancholy of the song until Blanchett ends completely unrecognizable.
