The design of this large park in the heart of Istanbul is adapted to the city's steep topography through various platforms that create terraces from which residents, and the large number of tourists who visit this part of town, can watch wonderful sunsets over the Golden Horn.

Public Park with Sunset Decks, a Silhouette Ramp, a Theatric outdoor room and a 1,000 car underground parking.
Where else in Istanbul to have snow gardens, a spring blossom park, sunset decks, a level sloped path to walk, lots of easy to navigate parking, bi-modal transit access, a market place for specialty goods, the outdoor theater of urban life, a public venue for cultural events...then the precipice of the Pera / Galata / Sişhane / Tünel districts of Beyoğlu, Istanbul.
