We are a small well established architectural firm entering our 23rd year. Our work is residential, predominantly high-end interiors and rooftop additions. Current projects also include ground- up affordable housing projects and conversions of buildings from manufacturing to residential. We are seeking mid level staff - 8 to 12 years experience in New York City. 

This is a Project Manager position, entailing being responsible for 1 or 2 projects at a time.  Direct client contact, responsible for developing design, full production and construction administration. Experience in any 3D modeling software a plus. Our firm is a great place to grow professionally, whatever your level of experience.
