Pac-man study (PKMN) is a office formed in Madrid, since 2006. It consists of: Carmelo Rodriguez, David Perez, Enrique Espinosa and Rocio Pina. Textile International architectural competition in 2009, the last won in 2010 has been the Concurso restringido para la ampliación del Museo Municipal de Alcázar de San Juan.
They have developed a line of action with workshops which they call "City make City" Universities working with Spanish, Portuguese, Mexican, Argentine, and cities such as Cáceres, Toledo, Merida or Burgos. This platform is born spontaneously, trying to bring it to reality architectural insights they have about what it is, or should be public space.
