The Maison de l'Architecture du Québec (MAQ) worked to bring to light all the creativity that permeates architecture. Architects like Benoît Dupuis, Howard Davies, or even younger ones like Olivier Blouin and Marie-Josée Dupont develop other artistic disciplines, through which their views are educated and sharpened.
Starting from this concept, MAQ has developed three exhibitions: “Mémoire d'un dessin”, with the visual work of the architect Benoît Dupuis, “Snapshot City”, an exhibition with photographs by Howard Davies and “Parasites architecturaux”, a fierce report photographic by Olivier Blouin with installation by the architects Dupont Blouin.
The exhibition “Visions of architects” will also have an additional event: the first drafts of the graphic novel signed by Tangui Robert, architect from Nantes, and François Turcot, a poet from Quebec.
