In the sensitive and poetic single “My Love Mine All Mine,” the American-style singer and songwriter Mitsuki Miyawaki, known artistically as Mitski, talks about the beauty of her love and asks the Moon to capture it, so that it shines and is preserved even after his death.

Being the third single from the seventh studio album "The Land is Inhospitable and So Are We", and thanks to the great popularity it gained on social networks, the song reached number 26 on Billboard's Hot 100, making the artist appear first time on the list, despite its previous popularity among numerous groups and its Oscar nomination in the category of best original song in 2023, with “This is a Life” for the film “Everything Everywhere All At Once”.
Addressing themes such as vulnerability, loneliness or female empowerment, the artist breaks into the convections of current indie rock with her poetics and personal essence. In the case of this single, Mitski focuses on talking about the meaning of love, a very recurring theme in her work, stating that the only thing in life that truly belongs to you is the love you give and how you love.

The artist has been delicate and precise when speaking about the concept behind the song and the message she wants to convey with it.

"Love is truly the best and most beautiful thing I have ever done in my life. And then I, while I was thinking about that, I started to think about how sad it was that I couldn't, once I die I couldn't leave behind the most beautiful thing I have. I guess it dies with me in a way. So I wanted to write a song about how I wish that when I die, I could at least leave all this love in the world. "That's what the song is about and I hope you like it."
