The Functional Rehabilitation Building is located in the Sierra del Vallés Oriental, within the Catalan municipality of La Roca del Vallés. The project designed by the CPVA arquitectes studio is inserted in this place, of great environmental and landscape interest.

The building is a Functional Rehabilitation Center designed to enhance the well-being of people with intellectual disabilities, their families, and professionals who care for them.
The 1700 m² project proposed by CPVA arquitectes takes into account the circulation between buildings, facilitating connections and access to the different spaces, demonstrating a great design sensitivity for the people served in the center.

The project, which stands out for the simplicity of its layout and the optimization of its functionality, is developed on the ground floor and is divided into two different parts, the dry and the wet areas. Both the dry areas and the water areas seek to open the view of the valley and achieve maximum natural lighting without direct sunlight, creating pleasant and quiet spaces.
