The exhibition would be visited until September 15 at Museo ABC in Madrid. In the program "Conexiones", artist Jesús Zurita goes on tangling up concepts of organic-inorganic, life-death, natural-artifitial, at an amusing 30-meter long made-in-situ mural. At the exposition, the visitor will be lead through a process of strangeness to what they thought they know.

Twice a year, Museo ABC and Santander Foundation invite an artist related to drawing issues to develop an indvidual exposition at the museum. All artist must accept a common fact: they have to choose one piece from each of the institutions' funds, and try to link them with a new creation.

The artist Jesús Zurita chooses, from the Santander collection, two branches drawings form the 20's, and an ornamental framework from the museum's fund. Both drawings are the beginning and the end of the main work, a 30-meter-long mural, made with marker, acrilics and ink, which goes through the three main walls of the first museum's floor.

In addition to the main work, a serie of new large-scale drawings will be showed. These drawings have been a big deal to the artist, both phisically and in terms of production, finishes and content, being one of the most ambitious works of his career. His delicate, meticulous, and full of references drawings talks deep and personally to the one who takes a look on it.
