The idea in Diane Berg's mind, french architect and illustrator, is "telling stories of architecture", with the intention of challenging the more conventional representations of architecture, diagrams, models and renderings, giving them a more whimsical style that infuses them with life. The illustrations of the Hamburg Philharmonic are from 2011, we must remember that the project was presented a year later during the Venice Biennale of Architecture to demonstrate the impact of the difficulties in planning and how cost inflation can affect the architecture industry .
Today we bring you these illustrations of the Hamburg Philharmonic designed by Herzog & de Meuron and drawn by Diane Berg.
