It´s only three months for the biggest event of architecture in the continent. The nineteenth edition of QUITO´S PANAMERICAN ARCHITECURE BIENNIAL 2014, is receiving the projects that will participate in the competition in the following categories: A. Arquitecture Design, B. Urban Design and Landscape Architecture, C. Social Habitat and Development, D. Renovation and Rehabilitation, E. Architectural Reviews/Urban/Landscape Theory, History and Critique and F. Specialized Periodical Publications.
From the 17th to the 21st of November the sheets of each registered project will be exhibited in the Casa de la Cultura Ecuatoriana "Benjamín Carrión", in the Joaquín Pinto Exhibition Hall where the participants and general public will be able to visit the exposition from the 17th of November. From the 15th of November members of the panel of judges will begin to analyze the participating projects and on Wednesday the 19th, on the premises of the Agora of the Casa de la Cultura Ecuatoriana the verdict will be given and the award ceremony will be held.
Dead line.- Friday, October 17.
Those wishing to participate in the contest, have a deadline to submit their projects. You have until Friday, October 17 at 18h00 at the offices of the Biennial or with their respective national or international coordinators. The Sheets of international projects must be delivered only to the coordinators in their respective countries or sent via the registration form to be printed in Quito. Those enrolled in the competition will have a free pass to the academic event.
