The different national juries have been since July selecting projects for the EUROPAN 13, for which the lists of winners was released today. It was a session in which Spanish architects 'under40' have been outstanding, not only by the number of participants, but because they have been the most awarded at a European level and of the 22 teams that have won a first or a second prize, 16 have done so by presenting a project at a site outside of our borders.
