In addition to the FAD Architecture Awards, FAD International and FAD Thought and Critics Awards have also presented the finalists. The awards ceremony will take place on June 19, 2019 within the context of the Barcelona Design Week, which is jointly organized by the FAD (Promotion of Arts and Design) and the BCB (Barcelona Design Center).  
In this new edition, 616 works have been presented, of which 200 correspond to the category of Architecture, 173 to Interior Design, 41 to City and Landscape, 80 to Ephemeral Interventions, 81 to Thought and Criticism and 41 to the International FAD Awards.

-The FAD International Awards, which celebrate its 6th edition, have the same FAD Awards categories, as well as a jury of its own, consisting of the recently winner of the Mies van Der Rohe Award, Anne Lacaton, as president, and the members Marta Labastida and Pep Quílez. Of the 41 works submitted to the International FAD Awards, 6 finalists have been chosen.
