The main objective of this architectural competition is to find the best comprehensive spatial plan for Pärnu’s Rail Baltic passenger terminal and its immediate surroundings. The organisers wish to commission the construction design project for the terminal and its immediate surroundings from the winner of the competition, and also hope to include the winner in drawing up the detailed master plan for the area.
The idea competition is open to all individuals and groups with at least one co-author and representative of the joint creators (collective) holding the certificate of an authorised professional architect.
The persons may present their design concept jointly (hereinafter, respectively, Joint Participants).

Deadline.- The design concepts are to be submitted to the design competition on December 8 , 2014 at 15:00 h.
The package must be delivered to the information desk located on the ground floor of the Pärnu Town Council, Suur-Sepa 16, 80098 Pärnu. When sending the package by mail or with a courier, the participant must ensure that the package arrives by 15:00 on 8 December 2014, at the lates. Documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to the entrant.
