Mi Clo was born in late 2011 from the hand of Camino López, interior and graphic designer. It started up as a means of expression to capture ideas and stories where characters, travels, places and history articulate each collection. The result is a series of thematic, colorful and attractive drawings ranging from simple patterns to truly suggestive scenes. All creations become a functional object, from garments to tea sets or wallpapers. Ink and watercolor are the main tools they work with, the materials are paper, fabric and ceramics.
"Mi Clo is a way of understanding life, to perceive and interpret reality, and working. A way to capture our imagination."
Camino López.
Mi Clo already has four series of illustrations: Piedramuelle, Ilustrísimas, La Sombrerería and Psicópteros y Algos, the latter inspired by the Greek myth of Psyche and Eros, where the story revolves around the encounter of love with the human soul.
