Emptiness, Subtraction and Silence: Reduction and Renouncement in the creative process. Congress by n'UNDO in Madrid

The Congress Emptiness, Subtraction and Silence: Reduction and Renouncement in the creative process, pose an interdisciplinary look, a common place of exchange, critics, and knowledge, an exhibition of knowledge and heterogeneous works, which opens a space for analysis and reflection, for meeting and listening where to advance in mutual learning. As a focus of experimentation and knowledge generation, they have the certainty that nothingness is the link and starting point for this approach.

The Congress will take place at La Casa Encendida (Madrid) on the 16th and 17th November 2016, in order to reveal how subtraction and renouncement as a substance of processes, researches, interventions and works, are capital in the creative process and in reflection from different areas and disciplines.
 

The elimination of the superfluous and the unnecessary is revealing what is necessary, where the beauty of essentially arises from the approach of nothing is more.

The content of the conferences will be held in different formats: presentations, debates, reflection tables, workshops, musical performances, exhibition of works and projects and oral communications.

The Congress conforms with the intervention, in these plural formats, of researches and projects whose career has special relevance in the subject.
