The R&B singer Solange Knowles - who launched her album A Seat at a Table by surprise the last 30th September - has released the first two singles' videos from it. This one we bring you today has been co-directed by her and her husband Alan Ferguson.
The video for Solange's Cranes in the Sky has been directed by the couple with the help of the spanish photographer Carlota Guerrero, and achieves to express a new much more visceral dimension thanks to the wardrobe, landscapes, and movements choices, all with n strong and personal style.

The scenarios chosen for filming, between New Orleans - where she lives - and New Mexico's mountains through the Texas' deserts, and the clothes of emerging designers and specific pieces created with the help of her mother Tina Knowles-Lawson, the singer gets really evocative images, which raise her message of strength and pride and want to show the black race in all its beauty.
