On weekends, a set is set up, which extends the house in the common room and surrounding patios, completing with two bedrooms for children and one for parents, which are used in certain seasons such as vacations.
The set is made up of various volumes, where blind and hollow panels have combined that frame and open up the environment in which it is located. Reinforced concrete is one of the materials used in construction in dialogue with white plaster.

Description of project by Sebastian Arquitectos
Ea House! A pile of rocks on the slopes of Moncayo.
Located on the outskirts of the village, the house extends on a longitudinal plot between terraces towards the west, seeking the constant views of the old Cayo, an impressive mountain that defines the personality of the beautiful landscape of this area and its natural park.
This visual relationship with the mountain and with the village establishes a dialogue that is materialized in the construction of a very particular perimeter, with an internal façade composed of an outline of open courtyards that fold in on themselves and to which the house opens up without concealment, and of a series of openings in the external perimeter that, like photographic objectives, seek very specific views. Thanks to their dimensions, these openings acquire the condition of rooms, taking the use of the visual relationship with the landscape to the extreme.
The particularity of the program, which was to bring together three different family situations, shaped the house as the aggregation and articulation of different pieces according to the frequency of use. These are unitary elements that share common places within the dwelling, which are fitted out according to need and seasonality.
Thus, the first set is made up of two bedrooms for continuous use, 365 days a year, facing the village and the rising sun. This first strip also requires the kitchen space to be used as a living room in winter, without the need to heat the rest of the house.
At weekends, a new set, next to the first one, is fitted out, extending the house in the common living room and the adjoining courtyards.
In certain seasons and during holidays, the program of the house is completed with two rooms for children and a final room for the parents, at which point the whole house is used to its full extent.
