The first prize was for the project "Bizitza Berria", by Javier Coronado Palomero and Amelia Rodríguez de la Torre Somoza, as a result of the competition called to renew the Beti-Jai pediment, located on Marqués de Riscal street in Madrid.
A second prize was awarded to the proposal with the slogan "Tres mil de contracancha" by Arantza Ozaeta Cortázar, Álvaro Martín Fidalgo and Ignacio Gónzalez Gálan, and a third prize for the proposal entitled "Chiquito returns" by Carlos de Riaño Lozano and Fernando Maniá Buono.

In addition, the jury has granted the following mentions to projects below:
- "99 1919-2018", by Diana Mera Hernando, Gemma Díaz Tortajada y Aroca Arquitectos, SLP.
- "Pasado reflejado", by PDP London. (Representative: José Ramón García Álvarez. Project directors: José Ramón García Álvarez and Petrus Gerhardus Van Wyk.)
- "Tarrega", by Juan Millán López, Luciano Moreno Feu and Joaquín Planell Santa.
- "Olana",  by Argola Arquitectos, planeamiento urbano, arquitectura e ingeniería SLP. (Representative: Luis González Sterling. Project director: Javier Alau Massa, Antonio Lopera Arazola, María del MAr Granero Pérez y Álvaro Antonio Calvo Acuña).

The contest has been organized by the City of Madrid in collaboration with the College of Architects, the contest presented last June, has aimed to obtain the best proposal to make compatible the conservation of the heritage values ​​of the building (which is BIC ) with the most appropriate technical solutions for its possible sporting and cultural uses. In addition, the projects presented also had to take into account criteria such as the universal accessibility of the building, the evacuation of gauging, the placement of air conditioning installations and a hypothetical need to cover the field.

The jury was formed by the general coordinator of the Area of ​​Culture and Sports, and president of the jury, Carmen Rojas Cerro; the dean of the COAM, José María Ezquiaga Domínguez; the general director of Cultural Heritage of the Community of Madrid, Paloma Sobrini Sagaseta de Ilúrdoz; the general deputy director of Urban Planning of the Madrid City Council, Antonio María Díaz Sotelo; the chief architect of the Department of Technical Services of the Chamberí District, José María leal Mora; an architect and an architect of recognized prestige appointed at the proposal of the COAM, Andrés Perea Ortega, and Carmen Martínez Arroyo; and the vocal architect of the jury at the proposal of the Municipal Citizens Group; Javier Hernández Morales; and Jesús Jiménez Cañas, prestigious engineer.
