13_07 arquitectos is an architecture firm based in Vitoria-Gasteiz founded in 2019 by Natxo Ibarrondo and Pablo Ortiz De Zárate, around which a large multidisciplinary team of collaborators who are experts in sustainability and in comprehensive project and construction management is articulated.
