We present the gadget that seems to be fashionable, designed by Diatom, a design studio based in London and Lisbon, by Tiago Rorke y Greg Saul, in colaboration with "CMU CoDe lab" (Cheng Xu and Huaishu Peng). The stand-alone machine provides an open-source platform for digital fabrication at a small scale. "Piccolo" is a device "low cost", is easily assembled using laser cut plastic parts, a pocket-sized drawing robot.

From a quick card, to the assembly of more complex drawings by combining several robots synchronized, this little robot is easy to assemble with plastic laser cut that costs less than 70 USD, approximately 50 euros. Next, a video presentation of the authors.
