Coinciding with the start of October the International Architecture Week starts in Madrid. This edition will last more than a week, unlike other years, and will feature activities, tours, debates and other activities to bring to specialized audiences, and non specialized, the work of past and present architects.
The opening events will take place on October 3rd in LASEDE COAM where you can also visit the exhibition 'Souto de Moura: recent projects'. Also at 18:00 in the auditorium of LASEDE the conference 'Recent projects by Souto de Moura' will take place With portugese architect as a guest.

As usual in past editions during the past years, guided visits of singular Madrid buildings will take place. More specifically they will be 31 different buildings in Madrid, among them we find the Palacio de Comunicaciones, the Círculo de Bellas Artes, the Observatorio Astronómico or the Torre BBVA among others.
