Architect’s studio founded in 1951 by Oriol Bohigas and Josep Martorell, who were members of the R Group. In 1962 David Mackay joined, becoming the MBM studio. Winners of numerous awards, such as the Ciutat de Barcelona in 2000 or several FAD awards. From his extensive work we find the Escorial building (1955), the Mutua Metalúrgica de Seguros (1959), the building of Pallars 301-319 (1960) or the Thau school (1975). At the end of 2018, all the study material was transferred to the “Arxiu MBM COAC”.
