La Mirateca

La Mirateca is a Murcian contemporary architecture practice founded in 2010 by Emilia Ruipérez Bastida and Raúl Latorre Luna.

Both studied in Higher Technical School of Architecture of Valencia (ETSAV) and got their Master in Architectural Design in Higher Technical School of Architecture of the University of Navarra (UNAV). They are currently doing their doctorate in the Architecture and Urbanism Program of the Superior Technical School of Architecture of Madrid (ETSAM).

"Project, Build and Inhabit" are the main lines of work of the studio, allowing the team to face the project in an integral way, from its design, to construction and equipment, thus obtaining a very exhaustive control of the work in all its phases.

A professional activity of new construction and rehabilitation work combined with giving talks at different universities stands out. In 2018, they won the first City, creativity, culture and entrepreneurship prize with ZIUDAD by the Murcia City Council and have currently developed SISTEMA LAM, a modular, self-sufficient and technological architecture project based on industrialization.
