i29 architects is an Amsterdam-based studio founded in 2002 by Jaspar Jansen (1970) and Jeroen Dellensen (1972), named after its office address, Industrieweg 29. Their goal is to create intelligent designs and striking visuals. Space is their leitmotif, and their results are always clear, with a strong focus on detail. Their approach is practical and rooted in bold ideas, articulated through clear concepts. They strive to capture the essence of things while maintaining a simple, understated aesthetic.

Over the years, they have received numerous awards, including the ARC Interior Award 2020, Masterprize 2020, IFI Global Awards 2020 (Best House), German Design Award 2018, The Great Indoors Awards 2009—for an office built with recycled materials—and the Dutch Design Awards (DDA) 2005 for the interior design of a school.
