Cristina García Rodero. Born in Puertollano (Ciudad Real) in 1949, she graduated in Fine Arts from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. First Spaniard to enter the prestigious Magnum photojournalistic agency, among his works highlights occult Spain, part of the "la Caixa" Obra Social collection. She has received numerous awards, including the World Press Photo 1993, National Photography Prize 1996, FotoPres "la Caixa" 1997, PHotoEspaña 2000, Godó Prize for Photojournalism 2000 and gold medals for Merit in Fine Arts 2005 and Castilla- La Mancha 2016.
