ČTYŘSTĚN is an architecture studio founded in Brno in 2015 and led by architects Karel Kubza, Milan Joja, and Tomáš Págo.

They focus on residential and public buildings with a strong emphasis on social context which is best represented in their award-winning projects - Social Housing in Bílovice nad Svitavou, Municipal Library in Rožnov pod radhoštěm, and the children's hospice Dům pro Julii (House for Julia) in Brno.

They view architecture as a significant social discipline that can have a meaningful impact not only on the residents of the designed buildings but also on the broader neighbourhood. Therefore, in their projects, they seek a strong connection between the building and its site and address issues that extend beyond the boundaries of the plot and the brief. They aim to design meaningful, timeless, and socially responsible buildings that will serve well and can easily be renovated or replaced in the future.
