CODA estudio
CODA is an architectural studio based in Madrid. Its founders, Jaime Cantero and Gerardo Marcos, have been working together since 2006 when the two were part of the Norman Foster team in London. Since then, these Spanish architects have developed several projects in Spain, Asia and Latin America and have participated in various international competitions.
Gerardo Marcos is an architect from ETSAM (School of Architecture of Madrid), Master in Advanced Architectural Projects and LEED Green Associate. This architect began his professional career in London, where he worked in the studio of Norman Foster and later, David Chipperfield. In 2007, he joined the team of renowned architect Gabriel Allende in Madrid, before becoming a co-founder of CODA.
Jaime Cantero is an architect from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and has developed a good part of his professional career in London, where he worked with the architects Richard Rogers, David Chipperfield and Norman Foster. After several years abroad, he has worked for the Architecture Department of the Engineering Company Prointec, developing various national and international projects.
