B-J Arquitectura

B&J Arquitectura. Architecture studio founded by Rufino Bruguera Prieto and Javier Jabat Inza, architects by the ETSA of the UNAV in 1989. Their professional activity has been mainly devoted to rehabilitation projects: improvement of thermal envelope and elimination of architectural barriers, having carried out the improvement of the thermal envelope of 44 buildings (1,318 homes) and the elimination of architectural barriers in another 84. In addition, they have carried out new construction projects for collective and single-family housing buildings, sports facilities, industrial buildings, etc. Among which the following should be highlighted:

- 1994. First project for a thermal envelope for a residential building with a ventilated façade.
- 2005. UDC Txantrea KKE. Expansion and reform of sports facilities.
- 2006. Single-family house in Gorraiz. Work selected in the VIII brick architecture award convened by Hispalyt.
- 2010. Rehabilitation of the Molino de Caparroso as a canoeing school for the Pamplona City Council. Finalist in the COAVN awards.
- 2011. Rehabilitation of the Molino de Caparroso as a canoeing school for the Pamplona City Council. Finalist in the Architecture Student Awards of the ETSA of the UNAV.
- 2021. Rehabilitation of the building in calle Compañía 3 (Collaboration with RUE arquitectos). Mapei 2021 award finalist.
