The MTA’s East Side Access Project will bring the Long Island Rail Road into a brand new terminal to be built below—and incorporated into—Grand Central. Speakers include architect Frank Prial, Jr., AIA; MTA Program Manager, Grand Central Terminal Douglas Tilden; MTA Associate Director of Planning Jack DeanElisa Picca, LIRR Chief Planning Officer; and Edith Hsu-Chen, NYC Department of City Planning Director for Manhattan Borough. Maxinne Leighton, Associate AIA, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Inc.,  will moderate the discussion.
