Sölden was chosen as the home of Johann Obermoser’s '007 ELEMENTS' after the Gaislachkogl ski resort in Sölden was one of the locations for Spectre, the 24th Bond film released in 2015, which featured an impressive chase scene shot over five weeks on the mountain, featuring an aircraft and a fleet of Range Rovers. Filming also took place at the futuristic Ice-Q restaurant, which became the Hoffler Klinik in the film, which is next to the new installation.
‘007 ELEMENTS’ is the highest museum of its kind, located at 3,040.0 m above sea level at the top of the Gaislachkogl mountain. The ultramodern interactive experience takes visitors on a journey through a series of dramatic spaces and places guests inside the world of 007 while revealing how that world is made.
The collaboration between the project’s Creative Director Neal Callow (Art Director on CASINO ROYALE, QUANTUM OF SOLACE, SKYFALL and SPECTRE) and Optimist Inc. Head of Design Tino Schaedler and his team has resulted in an immersive, interactive, and educational experience that places visitors inside the world of 007 while revealing how that world is made.

“Our aim with 007 ELEMENTS is to tell the narrative of the Bond story in an emotional and engaging way”, said Callow. “We want to use this incredible location to place our guests into Bond’s environment, and bring the stories to life in a unique and unforgettable way.”
