Terral Arquitectos, an architecture studio based in Málaga, was founded in 2017 by Beatriz Pérez Doncel, Fernando Casquero Lacort and Fernando Casquero Gherardi. They are involved in design at all scales, from small renovations to urban spaces. They develop new construction and rehabilitation projects with the same passion.

Beatriz Pérez Doncel, architect since 2004 by the ETSA Granada. She is registered with the COA of Malaga, being member number 1063. She is currently responsible for the area of ​​Project Design and Competition Development at Terral Arquitectos.

Fernando Casquero Lacort, technical architect since 2001 by the Alfonso X El Sabio University in Madrid. She is registered with the COAAT of Malaga, being member number 2688. He is currently responsible for the area of ​​Technical Direction of Works and Project Management.

Fernando Casquero Gherardi, Industrial Expert from the School of Industrial Experts of the University of Malaga, with more than 50 years of experience.
