Shotaro Oshima Design Studio was founded by Shotaro Oshima in 2021. Shotaro Oshima studied architecture and interior design at Tama Art University in Tokyo and Glasgow School of Art, Scotland and worked for Jamie Fobert Architects in London and He is currently founder of the Sozai Center and professor at Tama Art University.
Shotaro was responsible for design and concept development of National Portrait Gallery, London, high-end retail project in Paris and new-build housing project across Europe.
With 7 years studying and working experience in UK, He dedicates himself to responding to historical contexts, creating delicate and phenomenal spatial experiences with Japanese sophistication.
