MASS Design Group (Model of Architecture Serving Society). A non-profit organization founded in 2008 in the American city of Boston, governed by a board of directors that oversees the organization's activities. The board is composed of a diverse group of leaders from different sectors and perspectives - Karen Conway, Yves Iradukunda, Donald Kimelman, Neil Mahapatra, Megan Minoka Hill, Tej Nuthulaganti, Sridhar Prasad, Sharon Prince, Diana Ramírez-Jasso, Jean Shia, and Jay Wickersham - who meet quarterly to review the organization's strategy and operations.

It has a team of more than 200 architects, landscape architects, engineers, builders, designers, manufacturers, writers, filmmakers, and researchers representing 20 countries around the world.
