Ignacio Ibarretxe Pariente is a Superior Architect by the E.T.S.A.P.V. from Donostia-San Sebastián since 1987. Currently he works as a technician in housing rehabilitation, specialized in eco-efficient and eco-sustainable housing rehabilitation.
