Hooba Design Group is an architecture firm established by architect Hooman Balazadeh in 2009 in Tehran city, Iran. Its design focuses on the participatory development of buildings and their users, studying the social culture and aesthetic concepts of each project.
Their projects have received several first prizes; Architizer A + Awards in New York in 2015, 2A Asia Awards in Turkey in 2015, Iranian Interior Design Awards in 2014 among others.
Hooman Balazadeh is an architect for IAU, Islamic Azad University, since 2001. In his first years he was working at Shirdel and partners Consultant Company as project manager. His independent activity began in 2005 and in 2009 he founded his own firm, Hooba Design Group.
