Based in Munich and Berlin, the architectural firm Hild und Kaltwasser was founded in 1992 and has been run in partnership with Andreas Hild and Dionys Ottl since 1998 under the name Hild und K. In 2011, Matthias Haber joined the management team as the third managing partner. The managing partners attribute their professional success to a highly dedicated and highly qualified team.
Their planning work includes all phases of urban design and real estate planning. They develop projects ranging from feasibility studies, planning, implementation, bidding, and awarding, including construction management.
They complement their work with a team of civil engineering partners, hZo Rebuild and Advise GmbH. Their focus is on renovation and preservation of monuments, both residential and commercial, in Germany. In recent years, they have been recognized as winners in several urban planning competitions. Part of their team in Munich and Berlin is currently working on implementing these projects.
